How we handle your data

• Account data — name, email, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text) for anyone signing in to EZ Sports.
• Roster and player data — the details a club chooses to enter for scheduling and team management: names, positions, and similar profile fields.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and whatever you tell us when you reach out through this site.
• Usage and security logs — sign-in timestamps and IP addresses, kept for account security.

Where the platform surfaces youth player performance data to scouts, that only happens after a parent or guardian explicitly approves it through a dedicated consent link sent to them by email. Nothing about a minor is made discoverable without that approval, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Data is used to run the platform: authenticating accounts, scheduling and managing teams, powering the fan and scouting features a club opts into, and responding to messages sent through this site. We don't use it for anything beyond operating and improving the product.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data passes through the infrastructure providers that run the platform — cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and the AI services behind features like performance analytics — strictly to provide those features, not for any purpose of their own.

• Passwords are hashed, never stored or logged in plain text.
• Sign-ins use short-lived access tokens with automatic session expiry after a period of inactivity.
• Each club's data is kept isolated from every other club's.
• Sensitive account actions are logged for security review.

You can ask to see what data we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or request that it be deleted. Reach out using the email below and we'll handle it directly — there's no automated self-service for this yet.
